In 1990s Cuba, where Fidel Castro has outlawed all rock music, a group of impoverished punk musicians dream of a life beyond oppression. Desperate for a way out, they seize on a shocking and dangerous escape—one that could grant them the freedom they crave but at the ultimate cost. Inspired by true events, Los Frikis is a gripping story of rebellion, sacrifice, and the unbreakable human spirit.
